Grief and Loss Group

Details

Grief over the loss of a loved one can be paralyzing. This seminar provides a great way to learn about the grieving process and practical strategies for finding your own way from "survival mode" to a future that can be both meaningful and fulfilling. It's not an impossible dream but a realistic goal!

Survive to Thrive is a five part bereavement seminar held on Wednesday afternoons beginning July 7th through August 4th 1:00-2:30 PM in room W101. If you, or someone you know, could use a little help dealing with the loss of a close loved one during the last two years, Survive to Thrive may be part of the answer! The seminar is open to adults, members and non-members alike, but registration is required. Child care will not be provided.

Date:  Wednesday's beginning July 7th through August 4th

Time: 1:00-2:30 PM

Location: Room W101
